Toby Bigney - Ms. Bigney’s primary role will be to leverage the knowledge of subject matter experts at Wynne Systems in the development of written materials that anticipate client needs. She holds senior responsibility for all user assistance for the company’s RentalMan® and InfoManager® suites, and is based in Irvine, Calif.

Ms. Bigney has more than a decade of experience in ERP-related learning and documentation, including positions with Oracle and Epicor. She holds a master’s degree in educational technology and a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership.

Kaouttar Aoudad - Ms. Aoudad will be responsible for expanding the company’s support operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), serving new and existing clients of Wynne’s RentalMan® and InfoManager® software suites.

Previously, Ms. Aoudad held customer service positions with e-financial firm Credit Europe and the telecom operator Orange, and managed leasing contracts at ING Lease. At ING, she specialized in enterprise technologies such as SAP and Siebel for truck and equipment contractors. She holds a degree in public relations, and is fluent in French, English, Dutch and Spanish.
