Our newly developed User Assistance site was launched mid-November and has proven to be very useful with helping users gain a deeper knowledge of RentalMan applications and complementary products.

What's on the User Assistance Site?

• White Papers:  Users can download white papers to gain a better understanding of RentalMan applications.  These white papers will help new and existing users get familiar with our products.  Additional white papers are under development, so please check the site regularly.
• Quick Guides:  These brief guides present the user with step-by-step instructions on how to use features and functions in RentalMan—features like A/R Credit Codes and Journal Entry Upload.
• Training Videos:  This section provides links to recordings of our monthly training sessions that are delivered by Client Services.
• Troubleshooting Guides:  These online guides provide important information to our customers on critical technical issues that have arisen for RentalMan users.
• Tutorials:  This section will contain short, self-paced video demonstrations of RentalMan features and functionality.  The first tutorial in this section gives our customers a brief overview of how to use our new User Assistance site.
