A few months ago we were introduced to IntelliChief, the next generation of document management, imaging and workflow technologies.  IntelliChief is a Paperless Process Management System that allows you to electronically create, capture, manage, retrieve, distribute and archive mission-critical documents.  It not only eliminates the need for paper, but enables your company to automate the distribution of incoming orders and invoices, speeds up approval of documents and allows you to search for and retrieve customer files.

Ever since we teamed up with Affant Communication as our Managed Network Service Provider, the number of networking issues has decreased dramatically: averaging 8-9 network issues per month prior to partnering with Affant to averaging 0.85 per month.

During the first quarter we exhibited at the CRA’s Rental Rally and the ARA’s The Rental Show.  The attendance at both shows exceeded our expectations, so we are excited to continue our travels into the second quarter.  If you'll be attending any of these shows or conferences, we encourage you to stop by our booth!  We'll be available to provide free demonstrations on any of our products and answer any questions you may have.  We hope to see you soon.

During the first quarter, we upgraded specific parts of the Power i (formally known as AS/400, iSeries, System i) hardware and networking equipment to improve user experience.  All production AS400 partitions received a memory upgrade (in some cases, more than doubling the amount of memory allocated to each partition).  Also upgraded was our internet speeds – doubling the maximum download / upload speeds at which our customers connect to us.  Both upgrades are particularly important as our SaaS environment continues to grow.
