We’ve enhanced the menu structure and navigational tools to make getting the information you need faster and simpler.  The new menu system keeps options available to you at all times making it easier to navigate directly to where you need to work.  The sidebar navigation tools in chart view keeps all of the tools you need – such as exporting to .csv or .pdf, print, email – in one handy spot.   We’ve improved paging options for charts, making it easier to work with reports that have large amounts of data, and new pop-up interfaces to certain functions allows you to stay within the context of your current chart or report.  And speaking of reports, you can now quickly add a new chart to subscriptions from this enhanced menu system.

We’ve also made huge steps to increase the usability of Messenger.  Our Messenger Wizard walks you through the process of setting up subscriptions, so you’re sure your reports are getting to the right people.  You can now build rule files so that only one subscription needs to be created and can then be applied to many different users, allowing easier maintenance for emails to your board of directors.  Subscriptions can be grouped together to keep maintenance at a  minimum, and now you can cc or bcc users within those subscriptions, too!  We’ve taken out the need out the need to build a presentation to add multiple charts or dashboards to subscriptions, and you can add multiple schedules to send out at your desired intervals (once a week and at the end of the month, perhaps).  Even with all of that, we’ve improved trigger and condition handling for your subscriptions to allow you to build more useful business logic into them.
