Wynne Systems, Inc., an international provider of enterprise software for the equipment and rental industries, has integrated its RentalMan® business management system with IntelliChief's paperless process management solution, the company announced today.

The RentalMan software suite, which uses the advanced architecture of the IBM Power i, provides comprehensive management of equipment rental assets and operations, including transactional processing and analysis, maintenance services, customer relationship management, sales, purchasing and accounts receivable.

IntelliChief, a Quadrant Software company, is the leading provider of document management and workflow, enterprise faxing, electronic forms and laser MICR checks for the IBM i (System i, iSeries and AS/400) enterprise.

Using IntelliChief's paperless process management, RentalMan users can handle rental agreements, sales orders and changes in equipment on account electronically, as well as purchase-to-pay processes. The process eliminates a significant amount of paper while streamlining operations. RentalMan now has the ability to capture incoming faxes, emails and paper documents as digital images that can be managed, reviewed, routed, archived and distributed electronically.
